This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the sites, but refer to external resources.<\/p>\n
Purpose of processing<\/p>\n
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site automatically acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.<\/p>\n
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI\/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier\/Locator) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.<\/p>\n
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are processed in order to<\/p>\n
– obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.)<\/p>\n
– check the correct functioning of the services offered.<\/p>\n
Browsing data do not persist for more than 7 days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authorities).<\/p>\n
Data communicated by the user<\/p>\n
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of identification data in certain sections of the site serves to carry out all the activities necessary to allow access to specific services, the information on which will be published on the pages of the sites set up to provide them.<\/p>\n
At the moment the ERPAC website does not provide for the communication of data by the user.<\/p>\n
Cookies and other tracking systems<\/p>\n
Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are any other tracking methods employed.<\/p>\n
Instead, use is made of session (non-persistent) and functionality cookies, strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the user’s control, whereas on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the logs of the services, with a storage period in any case not exceeding seven days, in the same way as other browsing data.<\/p>\n
Method of processing<\/p>\n
Accesses and visits are tracked with Adobe Analytics and managed by Insiel staff who carry out diagnostic and monitoring activities. This tracking is subject to the acceptance of cookies.<\/p>\n
The information collected through these tracking and performance cookies does not identify any individual visitor as it is only processed in aggregate form.<\/p>\n

The data provided is compulsory depending on the activity requested, except as indicated in relation to optional cookies.<\/p>\n
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Regional Body in the performance of its public interest tasks or in any case connected with the exercise of its public powers as well as the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.<\/p>\n
The data are processed according to the procedures adopted by the Controller by the subjects authorised by ERPAC as well as, where appropriate, by the subjects mentioned in the following point.<\/p>\n
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies by using the settings of his\/her browser.<\/p>\n
Disabling ‘third party’ cookies does not affect navigability in any way.<\/p>\n
The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. Furthermore, browsers allow you to define different settings for ‘proprietary’ and ‘third-party’ cookies.<\/p>\n
Persons to whom personal data may be disclosed<\/p>\n
Personal data may be communicated<\/p>\nto all the bodies responsible for checks and controls on the regularity of the fulfilments referred to in the purposes indicated above;
\nto external data processors (e.g. INSIEL);
\nto the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, within the scope of its competence;
\nto the State bodies in charge of checks and controls;
\nto the Police and\/or Judicial Authorities;
\nthe Public Administrations where required by laws or regulations.
\nIn any case, it is forbidden to communicate or disseminate your personal data to parties not required for the performance of the services or products requested by you.\n
